SAIC Recognized by Department of Justice for Outstanding Small Business Performance
(SAN DIEGO and MCLEAN, VA) Jul 14, 2006 - Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) today announced that the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) has recognized SAIC for its small business subcontracting accomplishments and support of small businesses for Government Fiscal Year 2005 (GFY05). During that year, SAIC subcontracted in excess of $46 million to small businesses under DOJ contracts, a figure that represents more than 90 percent of all the funds spent by SAIC on subcontractors for its DOJ prime contracts.
