The Honorable Dana Deasy joined SAIC’s Board of Directors in September 2023. With extensive expertise in delivering large scale transformation and technology modernization programs in complex government and private sector organizations, he has deep experience in managing the constantly evolving cyber threat environment. He has 40 years of professional experience leading the delivery of large-scale IT strategies and solutions for the Department of Defense, JP Morgan Chase, British Petroleum, General Motors, Tyco International, Siemens Americas and Rockwell Space Systems. Inducted into the CIO Hall of Fame in 2012 and the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals Hall of Fame in 2013, he was named Transformational CIO in 2017 and a 2019 Wash100 leader. He currently serves on the Boards of Deutsche Bank USA, Intangic, Beacon Global Strategies and Anamoli, and joins SAIC’s Board of Directors after serving on the company’s Strategic Advisory Board.

Garth Graham

Dr. Garth Graham joined the Board in March 2021. Dr. Graham’s extensive healthcare expertise and leadership qualifications in various senior roles within the healthcare arena provides a unique and dynamic skill set to the Board. Since January 2021, Dr. Graham has served as the Director and Global Head of Healthcare for YouTube, LLC, an online video-sharing platform and subsidiary of Alphabet Inc. From 2019 until 2021, Dr. Graham served as the Chief Community Health Officer for CVS Health Corporation, a diversified health services company, and from 2013 until 2019, he served in various roles for Aetna Inc., a health insurance company, including as the President of the Aetna Foundation and the Vice President for Community Health. Dr. Graham holds a medical degree from Yale School of Medicine, and a Master of Public Health from Yale School of Public Health. A cardiologist and professor of medicine, he was Deputy Assistant Secretary to the U.S. Health and Human Services Department under Presidents Barack Obama and George W. Bush, in addition he led the Office of Minority Health and the federal government’s first National Health Disparities Plan. An elected member of the National Academy of Medicine, he contributes to several boards including the Institute of Medicine Board on Population Health, the National Quality Forum, and the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute Advisory Council.

Carolyn Handlon

Carolyn Handlon joined SAIC's Board of Directors in January 2023. Prior to her retirement in April 2022, Ms. Handlon served as the Executive Vice President, Finance and Treasurer, of Marriott International, Inc. (Nasdaq: MAR) since July 1999 with over 35 years of leadership experience with the company, including oversight of global investments and capital markets for Marriott. Prior to joining Marriott, Ms. Handlon worked for the Overseas Private Investment Corporation and for the Continental Illinois National Bank and Trust. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for Invesco Mortgage Capital Inc. (NYSE: IVR).

Yvette Kanouff

Yvette Kanouff joined the SAIC board in August, 2019. Ms. Kanouff is currently a partner and chief technology officer at Silicon Valley-based venture capital and private equity firm JC2 Ventures. Prior to that, she served as a senior vice president and general manager for Cisco’s Service Provider Business where she was responsible for more than $7 billion in direct revenue and more than 6,000 employees globally. Previously, Kanouff held leadership positions for numerous companies, including Cablevision, SeaChange International, and Time Warner. She holds a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in mathematics from the University of Central Florida. Kanouff is currently serving as a board member for Sprinklr.

Timothy Mayopoulos

Mr. Mayopoulos serves as the President of Blend Labs, Inc. a Silicon Valley enterprise software company providing a digital lending platform for mortgages and consumer banking. In addition to his executive leadership role, he also serves on the Board of Directors of Blend Labs, Inc. Previously, he has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Federal National Mortgage Association, known as Fannie Mae, from June 2012 to October 2018. In addition to his recent executive leadership roles as President of Blend Labs and President and CEO of Fannie Mae, Mr. Mayopoulos was Chief Administrative Officer of Fannie Mae from 2010 to 2012, and General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Fannie Mae from 2009 to 2012. Prior to joining Fannie Mae, he was Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Bank of America Corporation. Additionally, as of August 2016, Mr. Mayopoulos is also a Director of the Lending Club Corporation, a sole-spectrum fintech marketplace bank. He also serves on the Board of Directors for Valon Technologies, Inc., a digital mortgage services company.

Katharina McFarland

Katharina McFarland joined the SAIC Board in 2019. Prior to her onboarding, Ms. McFarland was a Director for Engility Holdings, Inc. from 2017 to 2019. In 2017, she retired from civil service as the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Acquisition. She was appointed to this position in 2012 by then President Barack Obama and confirmed by the U.S. Senate. During her ASD tenure, she was also appointed Acting Assistant Secretary of the Army for Acquisitions, Logistics & Technology and Army Acquisition Executive. Prior to her 2012 ASD appointment, McFarland served as President of the Defense Acquisition University from November, 2010 to May, 2012. From May, 2006 to November, 2010, she was the Director of Acquisition, Missile Defense Agency. Ms. McFarland began her civil service career in 1986 at Headquarters, U.S. Marine Corps as a general engineer. Ms. McFarland received an Honorary Doctoral degree in Engineering from the University of Cranfield, United Kingdom, and a Bachelor of Science degree from Queens University in Kingston, Canada, with accreditations in Materials, Electronics and Civil Engineering.

Milford McGuirt joined the board in July 2021. Mr. McGuirt previously served as the managing partner of KPMG’s Atlanta office as well as the company’s area managing partner for the Mid-South region from January 2015 until September 2019, when he retired from the firm. He has 41 years of public accounting and auditing experience with Big 4 international accounting and consulting firms and was a partner for a total 29 years with KPMG, where he was responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality client service, attracting and retaining key professional talent and resources, execution of a growth and market expansion strategy, and representing the firm in the marketplace and community.

Donna Morea

Ms. Morea is a nationally recognized executive in IT professional services management with over thirty years of experience. From May 2004 until her retirement at the end of 2011, Ms. Morea served as President of CGI Technology and Solutions, Inc., a wholly-owned U.S. subsidiary of CGI Group, one of the largest independent information technology firms in North America. In that role, she led CGI’s IT and business process services in the U.S. and India for large enterprises in financial services, healthcare, telecommunications and government. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of SunTrust Banks, Inc.

James Reagan joined SAIC's Board of Directors in January 2023. Mr. Reagan has an extensive background as a senior finance executive with both private and publicly held companies in the defense and government services industries. Most recently, Mr. Reagan served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Leidos Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: LDOS) from July 2015 until his retirement in July 2021.

Steven Shane

Mr. Shane retired in September 2011 as a partner of Accenture plc, a management consulting, technology and outsourcing services firm, after a 30-year career. While at Accenture, Mr. Shane was the Managing Partner of the North America Public Service business for Accenture responsible for Accenture’s U.S. federal, state and local and Canadian federal and provincial business. He also held several other senior management positions, including those where he led consulting engagements for many of the largest banking institutions in the United States. Following his retirement from Accenture, Mr. Shane joined LH&P, LLC, a boutique consulting company, where he provided strategic, organizational and business advice to senior executives in some of the largest U.S. financial services companies. Mr. Shane also is a member of the Board of Directors and chair of the Audit Committee of ZPower, LLC and serves as an Advisory Board Member for MAXIMUS Federal Services and is chairman of Dispersive Technologies, LLC.

Toni Townes-Whitley is chief executive officer of SAIC (NYSE: SAIC) headquartered in Reston, Virgina.  SAIC provides engineering, digital, artificial intelligence and mission solutions across the defense, space, civilian and intelligence markets.

Townes-Whitley has a distinguished and proven track record of driving strong enterprise financial results and fostering an inclusive culture focused on entrepreneurship and high performance. In her past role as President, U.S. Regulated Industries at Microsoft, she led the company’s public sector and regulated commercial industries including education, financial services, government, and healthcare, managing $16B of annual revenue.

Prior to joining Microsoft, Townes-Whitley was president of CGI Federal, where she was responsible for a portfolio of more than $1 billion, leading 6,600 employees to deliver greater value to US Government civilian, defense, and intelligence sectors. Previously, Toni held several management roles at Unisys Corporation leading global and commercial-sector system integration and the Federal Civilian group.

Toni is a global tech leader who serves as an Independent Director/Trustee on 4 Boards:  Nasdaq, Thurgood Marshall College Fund, Partnership for Public Service, and the Princeton Faith & Work Initiative.  She is a guest lecturer on technology ethics and entrepreneurism in the public sector at Stanford and Princeton Universities. 

She earned her bachelor's degree in public policy and economics from Princeton University’s School of Public & International Affairs (SPIA) and has received certifications from Wharton Executive Education, New York University, and the Performance Management Institute.
